Sorry for disappearing like that! After my last attempt at porting Flat Four to .NET I realized that I was stuck in a rut, chasing the tail of technology and getting nowhere fast. I had no vision and was making stupid design decisions. I decided to take a break and develop a prototype vehicle simulation (my pet project) with no regard for engineering or reuse or technology. I tried to blast out the easiest code possible to get the job done. I learned a lot and got to experience the satisfaction of actually having a working product. And all was good. Now I want to have another go with Flat Four, to see if these ideas of mine can play nice out here in the real world.

On a completely unrelated note, I have to say WELL DONE to the folks at Drupal for the 5.0 release, which is powering this website. This is one phenomenal piece of software, and a model for this project.
