How do I get rid of the ads?

Advertising is what allows Pandora to offer up all of this great music for free. A Pandora One subscription gets rid of all the advertising and offers better audio quality and more skips—highly recommended! Click here to learn more. (Note: I am not affiliated with Pandora, and receive nothing if you subscribe. I'm just a fan.)

Can I listen to Pandora outside the United States?

Muse respects all regional restrictions. Check to see if it works in your web browser—if so, then it will work in Muse too.

Do I have to install Flash?

No, you do not need to install Flash to use Muse.

Muse is using too much CPU (my fans keep coming on)!

Close the Muse window. You are using the free, ad-supported version of a music service, and those animated ads are sucking up your CPU cycles. When you close the window, the ads stop animating, and your CPU usage will drop back to more reasonable levels (and your fans will stop spinning).

Muse keeps forgetting my password!
